With these trainings, it is envisaged that women who cannot get a job or who have limited employment opportunities will be supported by increasing the digital skill levels and ICT usage towards the target group and supporting their participation in employment.
Sub-dimension 2: Socialization and Development of Self-Esteem as a Tool for the Development of Self-Efficacy: Women's self-confidence and motivation in working life will be supported through the training programs foreseen for reasons such as “Mobbing” and “Glass Ceiling Syndrome” for women in the working life, contributing to the improvement of the quality of working life. The coordination, effectiveness, governance and social interest level between the activities to be carried out during the project process and policy areas will be improved.
Sub-dimension 3: “Ensuring the Sustainability of the “Second Chance” Capability Module: The Distance Education Platform, which was developed to ensure the sustainability of the second chance training module, will be transferred to partners such as GASMEK (Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Vocational Center) with the collaborations to be made during the project, and more disadvantaged women will be reached. Through the centers and networks of our partners such as Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Cooperative and GASMEK, KADEM, and international partners, we will disseminate our training programs and employment initiatives both nationally and internationally. The target group will be brought together with successful women representatives of the business life and the inspiration they get from successful representatives will contribute to the development of the perception of 'I can succeed'. The project also adapts to the measures in the COVID'19 process with the Online Training of Trainers activity.
