The Youth, Environment and Entrepreneurship Project, shortly named “EYE”, funded by the European Union, started with the partnership of Gaziantep University (GAUN). Within the scope of the project, which is the first project carried out by GAÜN in the field of Strategic Partnerships for Youth, the project team came together at the GAÜN Rectorate.
Speaking about the project that will last for about 2 years and aims to provide young people between the ages of 18-35 to acquire the necessary skills and tools to produce their "green" business ideas and to train them, Gaziantep University Rector Prof. Dr. Arif Özaydın said, "According to the European Commission's plans to reduce emissions and waste, protect nature and move to a greener society and economy, many young people are pursuing a career plan or their own work effort in the field of green jobs. With this project, we will carry out our activities to reduce the gaps between education and business environment,” he said.
