
Gaziantep University (GAUN) Food Engineering Department faculty members' project on increasing the quality and sustainability in organic fruits has been awarded.
Under the leadership of GAUN Engineering Faculty Food Engineering Department Lecturer Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Göğüş; Assoc. Dr. Derya Koçak Yanık, Dr. Hatice Neval Özbek and Dr. Aysel Elik in which work as researchers in the project were entitled to be supported within the scope of the "European Union NH2020 SUSFOOD2 CORE Organic Cofunds" project called "Innovative Processing Specially Designed to Produce Sustainable and High Quality Organic Fruit Products".
